Dates to remember for Winter Semester Used Book Market 2009 (Lakeshore Campus Only):

Book sales and book drop off dates: January 5, 2009 - January 30, 2009

Book return dates: You may retrieve your book(s) any time after they are dropped off to us provided they have not been sold yet. THE LAST DAY TO PICK – UP YOUR BOOK(S) IS February 27, 2009.

Cheque Processing dates: February 2 - February 13, 2009

Cheque pick up dates: February 16 - February 27, 2009

PLEASE NOTE: February 27, 2009 will be the last day of operation for the HSF Used Book Market. All books and cheques should be picked up by this date. If not all books and cheques will become HSF property.

The HSF Used Bookstore is a consignment based service that helps you to buy and sell used textbooks. This service is offered by the Humber Students’ Federation and has no affiliation or connection to the Humber Bookstore.

When selling a book, students have two (2) options when considering selling their used textbooks:

1) Get a fixed price paid to you from the Humber Bookstore

2) set your own sale price for your used text book and let the HSF try to sell it for you (a 15% service charge applies to the seller of a used text book in relation to the administration of the program). Unsold books can be collected and reclaimed by sellers.
